BARRI DRETA DE L’EIXAMPLE

La Dreta de l’Eixample is the most central area of Barcelona and has important meeting points, such as Plaça Catalunya, Plaça d’Urquinaona and Passeig de Gràcia. This area, delimited by the streets of Naples and Balmes at the ends, and which borders the districts of Gràcia and Ciutat Vella, is the quintessential district of Catalan modernism. Its appeal is given by buildings such as La Pedrera or Casa Batlló, works by Antoni Gaudí declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, which attract thousands of tourists every year. The strategic location of the neighborhood and the good communication with the rest of the city through the public transport network means that there is a large concentration of offices, shops and bars.

Staying on the right side of the Eixample is an option with many advantages. At the top of the list is its ideal location. In addition, the neighborhood has high-ceilinged apartments, spectacular entrances with modernist features and beautiful finishes that reflect the wealth of the bourgeoisie. Here live middle-upper class Catalans who enjoy a good standard of living in spacious homes, close to high-end bars and restaurants.
